As a first, and in association with an experienced Belfast Builder, we competitively tendered and finally negotiated, a job to carrying out significant renovations to an existing dwelling in the Dunmurry area.

K Rend finish to exterior (Pale blue), replacing existing pebbledash and facing brickwork; PVC fascia/soffit being fixed later today.

All interior walls re-skimmed, new internal doors and skirtings

Enlarged kitchen / dining area; existing floors had new screed laid; Windows and External doors supplied by Baskil.

Generally, works nearing completion ahead of client handover to complete painting works, flooring and fitting of kitchen etc
