Tendering

To obtain open, transparent and competitive tenders, the construction industry marketplace is invited to submit bids for undertaking proposed scheme on basis of Schedules of Work or Bills of Quantities for fairness to all bidders. A secondary ONLINE competitive auction option is offered and operates under the third party software (Market Dojo) available to our office

Valuations

Where involved post contract (on site) representing Client or Builder, normal fortnightly or monthly valuations and corresponding cost report updates are provided to maintain financial control throughout the project

Final Accounts

No matter when introduced to the project, we prepare final accounts for schemes based on total review of project costs for client acceptance
