Wilson & Mawhinney Builders have started this extension scheme, where they have certain complicated enabling works to undertake.

Client advised on proposals to extend and refurbish existing dwelling in the Templepatrick area.

Update:  Tender report issued to Client for review !

Initial estimate assessed and lower target scope of works cost target agreed with client.

5nr tenders issued and returned. Thanks to each contractor who quoted for scheme.

As with competitive tendering, there can only be one winner !

Winning tender within lower cost target set !

Thus far, design team has achieved all matters relating to procurement of works.

Design team awaiting further instructions !
