QUINTIN QS appointed to cost manage the construction of the proposed new Health & Wellbeing Centre as an extension to their existing facilities.

Coulter Construction undertaking works with official start made on 30th September 2017. Anticipated completion April/May 2018. Contract between Ballygalget GAC and Coulter Construction signed off and Valuation 1 certified today.

1. Power NI on site, trenching complete and moving electricity pole works complete!
2. Substructures complete as per photo below (30/10/2017)

3. Superstructure blockwork underway as noted below (5/11/2017)

Detailed M&E proposals and marking out to be discussed and agreed with Client once walls erected.

Hoped that first floor level be reached during November 2017.
