MATRIX VIL 14 Sewage Treatment Plant, designed to achieve 96.20% BOD pollution removal. Cost includes delivery and commissioning. Flow rates etc based on assumed 200 Nr Pupils and 25 Nr Staff.

The 'Matrix' treatment plant is of unitank design and incorporates Primary Settlement (PST) Biological Treatment (Biozone), and Final Settlement (FST) within the same structure, allowing delivery to site as a complete unit to provide for a simple and straightforward installation. The "Matrix" treatment plant has been designed to optimize the aesthetic qualities of the final installation by ensuring that there is minimum visual impact, The "Matrix" process is designed in accordance with the requirements of BS 6297.

Supplied system includes 1nr Matrix VIL 14 Sewage Treatment Pant, 1nr Aeration Blower, 1nr GRP Kiosk (Combined blower/panel housing), 1nr Sludge return airlift and pipework & Operation/Maintenane documentation.

Exclusons: On site cranage and positioning of tanks; all civil engineering (including design, excavation, concrete base, and backfill, landscaping and fencing); all incoming and discharge pipework; electricity supply to Viltra control panel (1 phase, 230v, 50hz standard; water supply and delivery to site
