Where advisory or tendering deadlines are present, a quick and reliable source of cost removes the need to repeatedly contact suppliers and free both the supplier and user to concentrate on other important matters. As the service is developed, a growing range of costs shall be available.

Access by users shall be managed through an annual subscription charge.
